Chalktown are an innovative dance band, their style combining the various folk, rock and jazz influences of the band members to create a very danceable sound.

CD LAUNCH!!
The band have just completed their much anticipated debut CD "You Never See the One" which features Chalktown's trademark original compositions. The album is released on 1st February 2010 and can be purchased from the recordings page, which also includes samples of a number of the tracks.

There is a CD launch tour this spring, with dates in Horwich (near Manchester), Southampton, Haddenham (Bucks) and Oxford, and we are hoping to confirm some festival appearances shortly. For further details see the Gigs page. Hope to see you at a dance around and about. Chalktown
